Aspiring Binibinis get ready! The Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc formally announced on Tuesday, February 22 that they are now in search of their 2022 batch of queens.

In a press release, the organization said: ” This year’s edition of Binibining Pilipinas is set to crown a new batch of young and empowered queens who will promote beauty and advocacy on the beauty pageant stage. Considered one of the most anticipated beauty events in the world, Binibining Pilipinas aims to produce new titleholders who will replicate the country’s success in international pageants.”

Applications are now available on the Bb. Pilipinas website. Deadline for submission is on April 8. You may email the applications at bpci@aranetagroup.com or hand them over to the BPCI Secretariat at the South Gate Entrance of Smart Araneta Coliseum.

High expectations

Those who will pass the screening for the 2022 batch have big shoes to fill in after the success given by two queens of 2021. Cindy Obeñita nabbed the second Miss Intercontinental title in Egypt last October while Maureen Montagne also took home the second Miss Globe crown since Bb. Pilipinas took the franchise.

Prior to the announcement, Bb. Pilipinas earlier teased this year’s edition will have on-site activities such as Flores de Mayo and a talent show.
