Hours after Tracy Maureen Perez gave the Philippines a Top 13 finish in Miss World, Kathleen Paton won the Miss Eco International 2022 title held in Egypt on Friday, March 18 Manila time.

Kathleen succeeded Gizzelle Uys of South Africa. Kathleen will become the organization’s spokesperson on environmental causes.

Her court includes:

• 1st Runner Up: Belgium
• 2nd Runner Up: USA
• 3rd Runner Up: Spain
• 4th Runner Up: Malaysia

Before winning the Miss Eco International title, Kathleen joined several pageants including Miss Manila.

Kathleen is the second Filipina to win the title. In 2018, Thia Thomalla won the title for the country.
