The 36 Miss World Philippines 2022 candidates got a chance to show more of themselves on Sunday, May 22 as they competed in the Head-to-Head challenge held at Savoy Hotel Manila.
From the first round of candidates, 13 were able to make it for round two. There are:

- Justine Felizarta, Marikina City
- Ashley Subijano Montenegro, Makati City
- Maria Gigante, Cebu
- Ingrid Santamaria, Paranaque
- Gwendolyne Furniol, Negros Occidental
- Angela Teng, Baliwag, Bulacan
- Cassandra Chan, San Juan
- Erika Kristensen, Carmona, Cavite
- Charyzah Esparrago, Taguig City
- Blessi Villablanca, Iloilo
- Paula Ortega, Albay
After Round two, five ladies were announced as the finalists and will have the floor tomorrow at Tagaytay. They are:

- Charyzah Esparrago, Taguig City
- Ashley Subijano Montenegro, Makati City
- Maria Gigante, Cebu
- Angela Teng, Baliwag, Bulacan
