Celeste Cortesi of Pasaway was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2022 during a spectacular final night at the Mall of Asia Arena on Saturday, April 30.
Celeste beat 31 other candidates, succeeding Beatrice Luigi Gomez, who crowned her with the La Mer En Majesté crown by Jewelmer.
Celeste will represent the Philippines in the upcoming Miss Universe pageant scheduled end of the year.

Michelle Dee of Makati was crowned as Miss Universe Philippines Tourism while Pauline Amelinckx of Bohol was crowned as Miss Universe Philippines Charity. The two will work on the respective advocacies of the MUPH organization.
Annabelle McDonnell of Misamis Oriental was 1st runner-up while Katrina Llegado of Taguig was 2nd runner-up.
