In between their hosting rehearsals for Miss Universe Philippines, former Miss Universe titleholders Pia Wurtzbach, Iris Mittenaere, and Demi-Leigh Peters-Tebow took time off to interact with the beneficiaries of Smile Train Philippines and Noordhoff Craniofacial Foundation Philippines Inc (NCFPI) on Friday, April 29.

The three beauty queens spent some time with the kids and checked on their status after undergoing lip and cleft surgery.

Smile Train is an international organization dedicated to helping children bring smiles to their faces through lip and cleft surgeries. The organization is one of the groups that the Miss Universe Organization has been working with through the years.

Pia, Demi, and Iris have been supporting Smile Train long after their reign ended. The three will host the Miss Universe Philippines finals happening live at the Mall of Asia Arena on Saturday, April 30.
